Our digital learning products provide immediate access to online educational content once payment has been successfully completed.
1. Refunds
Because Brainio Academy provides digital content with immediate access, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the paid learning content has been provided.
By purchasing access and beginning to use the digital content, you acknowledge that access to the service begins immediately.
2. When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered where:
- you have been charged incorrectly;
- a duplicate payment has been taken;
- a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the purchased content and we are unable to resolve it; or
- a refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to request a refund

- the name and email address associated with your Brainio Academy account;
- the date of purchase; and
- a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Access after a refund
If a refund is issued, access to the associated paid Brainio Academy content may be removed.
Any free Brainio Academy content that is available to registered users may remain accessible through your account.

Brainio Academy may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
