Welcome to Brainio Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brainio Academy website and learning platform. By registering for an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Brainio Academy
Brainio Academy is an independent online educational platform providing digital practice materials for pupils preparing for the Northern Ireland SEAG Transfer Test.
SEAG® is a registered trademark of the Department of Education, Northern Ireland. Brainio Academy is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Education, SEAG®, or the Transfer Test authorities.
2. Membership
- Brainio Academy provides access to digital learning materials through a fixed-term membership.
- Unless otherwise stated:
- Membership provides access for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Membership does not renew automatically.
- Membership requires one single payment.
- Continued access after the membership expires requires the purchase of a new membership.
3. One Child Per Membership
Each membership is intended for the use of one child only.
Accounts must not be shared with other children, families or third parties.
Brainio Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where membership sharing or unauthorised access is suspected.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the platform and ensuring that account details are not shared.
5. Educational Content
Brainio Academy provides educational practice materials designed to support learning and exam preparation.
Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Brainio Academy does not guarantee examination outcomes or admission to any particular school.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available through Brainio Academy, including but not limited to:
- comprehension passages
- questions
- explanations
- hints
- illustrations
- graphics
- logos
- website content
remains the intellectual property of Brainio Academy unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold or published without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- share login credentials with others
- copy or distribute learning materials
- attempt to bypass access restrictions
- interfere with the operation or security of the website
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
8. Payments
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Brainio Academy does not store or have access to your payment card details.
Prices may change in the future, but changes will not affect memberships already purchased.
9. Refunds

10. Availability of the Service
